According to the ENGADGET website, charities in the UK, Ireland, Spain, France and Germany will test Facebook tools, beginning at the end of September, which will allow them to accept donations directly without sending users away from Facebook, according to The Guardian. Facebook has not yet made this tool available to everyone. It will be limited to charities and nonprofit organizations only, rather than allowing anyone to raise money, which is different from what is available in the United States of America now.
