A Florida trainer is being investigated after dad and mom mentioned he had college students take part within the drowning of raccoons and chickens in school on Monday.
A Forest Hill Excessive Faculty dad or mum informed FOX51 that her son took pictures of the harrowing acts with the animals. Her son informed her the creatures had been trapped in cages as they had been being drowned.
“My son stood within the background, hid his telephone and watched as they stuffed these trash cans filled with water, and held these raccoons down in trash cans within the cages,” the dad or mum informed the station. “I used to be disgusted. At first, I used to be in shock, after all, however I watched the video, and it’s horrific. It’s disgusting, and I can’t imagine it occurred in school.”
The trainer was recognized as agriculture trainer Dewie Brewton, in line with the Ocala Star-Banner. He was eliminated pending an investigation.
“We obtained statements that the trainer drowned a number of animals in entrance of scholars, and with scholar participation, as a result of the animals had been nuisance animals to the [agriculture] program on the college,” Marion County Faculty District spokesman Kevin Christian informed the Star-Banner.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Fee launched an investigation after dad and mom notified the company, in line with FOX51.
“The FWC takes these issues critically,” the company mentioned in an announcement.
