The allegations have been a part of prosecutors’ try to have the kids’s mom Ina Rogers’ bail elevated after she was charged with 9 counts of felony youngster abuse on Wednesday.

Her husband Jonathan Allen was arrested on Friday and booked on 9 counts of felony torture and 6 counts of felony youngster abuse.

Within the filed report, Deputy District Lawyer Veronic Juarez stated Rogers assisted within the abuse of her kids and persuaded them to not say something as a method to guard Allen.

Fairfield Police beforehand stated they eliminated the 10 kids from the west coast house on March 31 after responding to a report of a lacking 12-year-old.
